Remote Support Session

Note! This service is appropriate for an internet-connected Windows-based PC, laptop or netbook only. Currently, we don't offer to host a remote session for Mac. Please ensure your internet connection is working properly on this device. This service is great for any minor software issues or tuition. Also be aware that not all issues can be remotely fixed and, although we will advise as best as possible, we cannot be held responsible for any no-fix situation. The fee is non-refundable once a connection has been made. If you're unsure, please contact us beforehand with the issue.
