Please note that diagnostic bench testing is subject to an initial fee, which is payable whether any further work is carried out, or if the device is considered irreparable. We cannot operate on a 'no-fix no-fee' basis due to the nature of computing and the time and expertise involved in this process. By booking online, this fee is payable now during the process; we use PayPal as a secure and simple means of payment; you may use a credit/debit card, even if you don't have an account.
