Callout Request

Please note that callouts are subject to an initial fee for the first hour, followed by a half-hourly charging rate. This is to be confirmed and will vary depending on whether you are a home user or business, and the distance/time from us. Callouts are an ideal way to get urgent support, and can be used to tackle multiple issues without accumulating additional charges. Fees are payable on completion of the call (cheques currently accepted), and work will only be invoiced for businesses on prior-agreement.
