All engineers are suitably certified - accreditations include Microsoft MCP/MCTS, CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCNA. In addition, we carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance cover. In addition, engineers are CRB/DBS clear, for peace-of-mind, particularly in a callout setting.

Flexibility

We pride ourselves on offering an unmatched service in the area. We can often arrange service within 1-2 hours via at least a phone conversation, with the actual remedial work tending to occur within the following couple of days (if not same-day) - parts and other factors permitting of course!

We cover a wide area, including the whole of North and North-East Lincolnshire, parts of East-Yorkshire and a large proportion of the rest of greater Lincolnshire. We don't restrict ourselves too much as we believe we can provide a fast and affordable service even over this large catchment.
